Zyvex S100 Nanomanipulator

by johnh last modified 2006-12-06 11:48

The S100 Nanomanipulator System is a manipulation and testing tool used with a scanning electron microscope (SEM) for micro- and nanoscale research, development, and production applications.

The S100 features up to four positioners that grasp, move, test, and optimally position micro- and nanoscale samples with four axes of movement. The S100 enables simultaneous manipulation, imaging, and testing at the nanometer scale.

  • Micro- and nanoparticle manipulation
  • Micro- and nanoscale sample positioning
  • MEMS assembly
  • Part separation and cutting
  • Nano welding

The S100 nanomanipulator is a generous gift from the Zyvex Corporation.
