Reservations

Our WebScheduler is now available. Your login ID will be your e-mail address. Your default password is "password1"

It should ask you to change the password during your intial logon. If it doesn't, click on your name on the initial page and use the change password field. Also, with your initial logon, click on your name to verify your personal information such as name, department, phone number and email address. If any of this information is missing or incorrect, please contact us to allow us to update our information.

General Guidelines for Using the Web Scheduler:

Please note that no unreasonable extended scheduling requests are refused:

1) Instruments can be scheduled up to 2 (two) weeks in advance.

2) You can reserve up to 6 (six) - hour blocks and 12 (twelve) hours per day.

3) Instruments you are qualified to operate independently can be scheduled fro any hour during the week. Other instruments between 8 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday.

4) You should make any attempt to cancel no longer needed reservations at least 48 hours in advance in order to free the time for others to use the instruments.

Users who abuse this policy may be required to undergo additional training.
