The Microscopy and Imaging Center will be hosting an Advanced Fluorescence Microscopy Workshop on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 in Room 1143 at 9:00am with the following speakers and topics: Dr. Gregory Reeves-Raster Image Correlation Spectroscopy (RICS) and Fluorescence Recovery after Photobleaching (FRAP), Dr. Justin Smolen-Confocal Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging (FLIM), Dr. Beiyan Nan-Single Molecule Tracking, Dr. Malea Murphy-Tissue Clearing/Multiphoton Imaging/Image Processing and Analysis in Imaris, Dr. Holly Gibbs-Light Sheet Microscopy, Dr. Stanislav Vitha-STED Superresolution, Image Restoration/Deconvolution. Following the speakers there will be a demonstration of STED superresolution and deconvolution in the MIC, tour of the Dr. Gregory Reeves’ lab, and tour of the Integrated Microscopy and Imaging Lab.
