Once you have been trained on equipment and have been declared a “checked out” user you are allowed to reserve equipment on the correct calendar through iLab.

When entering the MIC facility users will log in and out of their instrument session via the MIC iLab Kiosk.

General Guidelines for Scheduling Equipment

• Instruments can be scheduled up to 2 weeks in advance.
• Instruments you are qualified to operate independently can be scheduled for any hour during the week. If you are not “checked out” on an instrument you can only reserve the instrument between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday-Friday.
• You should make an attempt to cancel reservations at least 24 hours in advance in order to free the time for others to use the instrument.
