Surface hypocotyl cell of Arabidopsis thaliana seedling with YFP-actin. Image was captured using the Olympus FV1000 Confocal using a 60X water immersion objective. The field of view is 52.74 x 52.74 um and 512×512 pixels. The YFP/CFP high sensitivity detector was used and the image was processed with a 1-median pixel filter and a Fire LUT was applied to the actin channel.
