DEMO: Olympus APX100 fluorescence microscope
March 7 - 16, 2023
This all-in-one “Microscope in a box” system is for fluorescence, brightfield and gradient contrast imaging of fixed or live samples on microscope slides, in Petri dishes and culture plates (up to 384 well) with dry as well as immersion optics. Deconvolution of image stacks provides increased contrast and resolution.
The system is designed for ease of use and allows imaging of the entire slide to create an overview, as well as higher resolution imaging and image stitching in manually or automatically selected regions of interest.

The microscope will be in the MIC from Tuesday, March 7, until Thursday March 16 (exact end of the demo is TBD)
You are encouraged to bring your samples (if live, BSL-1 samples only) and see the new microscope in action.
