Nikon AX Multiphoton Microscope

This microscope is a part of the Nikon Center of Excellence in the Department of Biology. It is managed by the MIC.

Resonant Scanner Resolution: 2K x 2K, Galvano scanner: 8K x 8K

Resonant Scanner Speed: 720 fps (at 2048 x 16 pixels)

  • LWD 16X 0.8 W DIC N2 WD 3.0;
  • PLAN APO lD 10X/0.45 OFN25 DIC N1;
  • APO NIR 40X/0.80 W DIC N2 WD 2.5;
  • APO LWD 20X/1.0 WD 2.6
